Cancellation of your online order
Cancellation/returns
a) Should you require cancellation of your processed order before delivery of your waste disposal skip, please email- sales@hunsdonskips.co.uk or telephone us on 01920 872 554 so that we may initiate your refund. A full refund can be provided as long as delivery has not been completed.
b) If you decide to cancel your order once taking delivery of the waste disposal skip, this is classed as a 'return'. We reserve the right to refund with deduction of our £25 delivery/collection charge.

Delivery of your online order
Online orders are processed on the same day of payment, but we require 24 hours notice for delivery. Special requirements, dates or times preferred for delivery, should be made by contacting us via email- sales@hunsdonskips.co.uk or telephone on 01920 872 554.

Terms of skip hire:

Waste skips should not be filled above the height of sides of the container. Level loads only, which means you are not entitled to raise the sides by inserting boards or similar to help load the skip above its original physical height dimension. Overloaded skips will not be collected until the excess waste has been removed by the customer.

Up to 7 day hire included. If you require longer than the standard 7 days to fill your skip, you should notify us. There may be a small additional hire charge incurred which is why it may be best to discuss the period of time required beforehand.

14 days payment limitation. All payments must be made and cleared within 14 days from initial hire. Outstanding payment after this time will result in the return of your waste!

No Fires. Under no circumstances are fires permitted inside any of our containers. Burning of any material inside a skip is not acceptable.

Unacceptable waste materials. Under the Environmental Protection Act 1993, you must not dispose of Asbestos, Tires, Tarmac, Fridges or 'special waste' into a standard skip. Corrosive liquids, noxious substances, or liquid cement, are also not acceptable materials.

Removal of container. Customers are not permitted to remove the container, or instruct removal, from the location it has been deposited, without our prior knowledge and permission.

Loss or damage. Any loss or damage to skip containers are the responsiblity of the customer whilst on hire (fair wear and tear excepted).
